  im Maze has always had a desire to be involved in gospel music.  Tim has been a part of several groups plus had a daily gospel music show on the local radio station WRAB in our hometown of Arab, AL  for over 20 years.  Tim plays the basr, sings lead and harmony vocals plus handles the emcee responsibilities for Canaan’s Crossing.

  ndy Wilks has been involved in Gospel Music since he could stand on a piano stool and sing with his sisters, Sonya and Cheryl.  It was at a young age that he learned to sing harmony.  Unknown to many, while his sisters were learning to play the piano, Andy was learning to play the guitar.  Andy has a great ear for music and is very involved in the musical arrangements for Canaan’s Crossing.

eith Cannon is the newest member of Canaan's Crossing . Keith and his family played bluegrass in the North Alabama for many years. After several years of being off the road, Keith is glad to be a part of Canaan’s Crossing. Keith came to the group while Junior was off the road due to a lengthy illness. Keith not only is accomplished on the mandolin, he also plays guitar and banjo. Keith is a devoted father and husband and is very active in his church.

ayne Burgett only had a few lessons from his cousin Don and Wayne fell in love with the banjo.  Wayne has one of the most unique playing styles in that he is capable of playing the traditional style as well as the contemporary and progressive styles of bluegrass.  Wayne not only plays the banjo for Canaan’s Crossing, he also designs and maintains the groups website, he is in charge of the groups sound system and most any other chore that needs to be undertaken.

unior Saint is the 'ole man' of the band.  Junior is a bluegrass historian and one of the genres biggest fans.  He can play most anything he puts his hand on.  He is an original member of Canaan’s Crossing.  He began as the mandolin player and is now playing guitar.  His humor and quick wit has been a part of Canaan’s Crossing performance for several years and has helped to establish Junior as a crowd pleaser everywhere he goes.

ina Miller - since learning to play the fiddle at age 5, Tina has become one of the most loved female musicians and vocalist in bluegrass gospel music.  She not only is a fiddle player and singer, Tina is an accomplished writer and has had several songs recorded by Canaan’s Crossing.  Her infectious smile and enthusiasm will brighten any stage.  Tina has become a crowd favorite and is a remarkable talent.
